After serving six years in the Air Force, I decided to come home and help my Grandfather buy and renovate foreclosed homes in Florida. My Grandfather is the one whom instilled in me the Golden Rule – “Treat others how you want to be treated” We would always talk about how much nicer the world would be if everyone lived by this rule. As I learned more and more about the Real Estate industry, I saw an immediate need in families whom own houses that they need to sell off market and without a realtor due to repairs, commissions and costs.
